Ah! The chappie at the gate, checking passes, was bandaged head to toe and had only one working eye. On stage most of the victims they used as props (is that the word?) to had out the statuettes to the beautiful people who actually handed them out were also done up in bandages. A chappie was even wheeled in on a stretcher. Did we miss the blood though?
That's a very interesting interpretation of the theme for the night. No pain. No gain. Don't you think so?
